"It would have torn my coat to fragments"

Oliver Sacks is the love of my life. If only I was about 40 years older I would try to hook myself up with him. Not only does he have the cutest accent, his sense of humor is amazing. I saw him about a year and a half ago at a lecture in a series called Creativity and the brain. When he was speaking it was like time had just stopped. When he looked at his watch and realized he had been speaking for almost 3 hours he was astonished. He hadn't mentioned one thing about the brain. I remember him stating that it was dumb of him to choose that title because "neurologically we know nothing about creativity."

Today I purchased The Man who Mistook His Wife for a Hat.

Cannot put it down.

After reading some of his books and articles I am willing to bet he experimented with drugs back in his day.
